First, a caveat.  My clients are wonderful – I really mean that.  I’m very fortunate and I know it.  Also, and PR pros get very different feedback than copywriters, creative directors and graphic designers. Many of my closest friends are in that business; I hear the stories. For some reason everyone thinks they know branding, advertising and design.
