I’m going to write my own tips one of these days, but certainly agree with these – especially the ones on keeping your firm in the loop and the fast response to media calls. Cannot tell you how irritating it is to have a client say, “Oh, this reporter from (this really important publication) called, but I didn’t have time to get back with him. Do you think he’d like to talk now (three weeks later)?”
